Advisor to Backelite and its shareholders in the sale to Prosodie, a Cap Gemini subsidiary
PARIS | September 13, 2011 - Backelite was acquired by Prosodie, a leading provider of multi-channel transactional services and a specialist of cloud computing services. Prosodie is a subsidiary of CapGemini, a CAC 40 member, with revenues close to €10bn. CapGemini is one of world’s foremost providers of consulting, technology and outsourcing services with over 100,000 employees.
