Advisor to Hub Telecom on the acquisition of Nomadvance, a French leader of professional mobility and traceability solutions.
PARIS | September 3, 2012 - As a specialized subsidiary of Aéroports de Paris group, Hub Telecom supports companies’ needs for telecommunications, professional radio communications, traceability and mobility solutions. With revenues of € 92.5m in 2011 and around 300 employees as of December 2011, the company serves over 2,300 corporations and large accounts. Hub Telecom is present on the entire French territory and relies on a network of 6 regional agencies.
A major expert in the field of traceability and mobility solutions for professionals, Nomadvance offers a wide array of services and hardware and software solutions to over 1,600 clients in France. Nomadvance is growing very fast and made revenues of approx. € 38m revenue in 2011, a 40 % increase on previous year.
