PARIS | January 21st, 2010 – LD&A advises the Shareholders of Onyourmap on its Sale to Novasys

This transaction is the last of 10 operations led in 2009 by the corporate finance advisor for high-tech & cleantech SMEs. Review of an intensive year.

For its last 2009 deal, LD&A acted as advisor to Tridoo, operating under its trade name Onyourmap, for the sale of the company to Novasys, a Swiss supplier of geographic information systems applications.

Founded in 2006 by SaaS and mobile mapping experts, Onyourmap has enjoyed a rapid growth, especially in the online directories market.

The team joins Novasys, a well-established player in the geographic applications market, that has offices in Lausanne, Bern, Zurich and Paris. Novasys has a broad customer base that includes telecoms and large internet portals in Switzerland and Europe. This operation will enable the group to expand its range of services and strengthen its offer.

Review of 2009 and outlook 2010

The sale of Onyourmap ends a year of heightened activity for LD&A, who led 10 transactions in France, Great-Britain, Scandinavia and Switzerland : 4 sales, 3 fund raisings and 3 acquisitions in the Telecoms, Software and Internet sectors.
