Advisor to Wallix for a €2m private placement with Auriga Partners and TDH

PARIS | November 16, 2011 - WALLIX (www.wallix.com), a leading European provider of IT security solutions, today announced the closing of a €2 Million fund raising. This round, co-led by leading venture firm Auriga Partners and TDH, the Holding of Thierry Dassault, will support WALLIX international expansion and fuel its global sales efforts through a growing network of partners.

Since the launch of WALLIX AdminBastion (WAB) in 2008, the company has positioned as a European leader of Access Management & IT Traceability. WALLIX has in particular developed a unique “session recording” technology, allowing the video recording of complete sessions of users when logged to their Information Systems.

Auriga Partners and Thierry Dassault will actively support the company in its international development, already well advanced in many countries such as Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Russia and UK. WALLIX will widely deploy an offer perfectly matching their clients increasing needs for IT risk management and various compliance regulations.
