Jim, what is your focus within the Tech space?
"Over thirty years we evolved from an end-to-end business to business software reseller (VAR) for front and back-end operations to a Growth Enablement Company, where we focus on client outcomes. We added consulting and our proven business process called Blueprinting. From there we are able to help client companies transform through technology and AI data analytics. We’re leaning into Microsoft's Modern work platform utilizing Co-pilot AI agents and Fabric."
How did this transaction benefit your business?
"We now have a much broader offering to the market as well as a far greater cross-sell opportunity with Atlantic’s MSP capabilities, cybersecurity and digital print."
Share anything that you want to share that we didn’t cover, e.g. lessons learned, current industry perspectives, etc.?
"Lessons learned. It’s not always the multiple, it’s more about the strategic fit. I felt I was able to leave my legacy as a division of Atlantic where all my team members were able to transfer and keep BrainSell whole.
Continuity for clients. The industry is going to evolve at a more rapid rate and having the scale of a larger company will allow BrainSell to maintain a first mover advantage."
