Drake Star Partners acted as exclusive financial advisor to Eve Systems and its shareholders on this transaction.

Eve Systems has an extensive background and long-time experience in developing software enabled smart home products that enrich the Apple ecosystem.  The company is setting superior standards of comfort, safety, and control in the user’s home. Eve Systems’ unique approach aims to simplify connected home complexities. All Eve smart home automation products are engineered in-house, combining seamless software with elegant hardware, providing a secure and intuitive integration into Apple’s HomeKit platform. Eve Systems has operated independently since its carve-out of Elgato Gaming to Corsair in 2018.
