NEW YORK | September 7, 2017 – Drake Star Partners announced today that it released its fifth report on the Human Capital Management (HCM) sector. With a robust level of transaction activity over the past twelve months and 2017 year-to-date (YTD) volumes on pace for a record year, this report looks at highlights of transactional activity since Drake Star’s previous HCM report, released on September 2016.
The firm’s latest HCM report also provides a comprehensive market update on trends in the market and some of the key drivers leading to continuing growth projections in the human capital management space forecasted through 2021.
James Holzer, Managing Partner at Drake Star Partners heads the firm’s HCM investment banking practice and led this report series. He commented: “Our recent and ongoing work in the HCM sector gives us a unique perspective on the industry’s dynamic growth and the continued value being placed on various segments of the fragmented HCM ecosystem by both large industry players and investors. Drake Star Partners’ recent transaction experience, including the sale of Verified Person to Sterling Talent Solution, is a perfect example of our activity in the HCM space and of our deep sector expertise.”
