NEW YORK | PARIS | MUNICH | December 12, 2018 – Drake Star Partners has been awarded both the M&A Advisor’s “Telecommunication Services Deal of the Year” and the Global M&A Network’s “Cross Border Deal of the Year”. These awards are the latest in recent international industry recognition highlighting Drake Star Partners as a leader in cross-border technology deal-making.
The firm earned these top honors for its role as exclusive investment banking advisor in the acquisition of Astellia by EXFO (M&A Advisor’s “Telecommunication Services Deal of the Year”) and in the sale of Elgato Gaming to Corsair (Global M&A Network’s “Cross Border Deal of the Year”).
The 17th Annual M&A Advisor Awards ceremony took place on Tuesday November 6 at the New York Athletic Club, while The Americas M&A Atlas Awards happened on Thursday November 29 at the Metropolitan Club, also in New York. Drake Star’s Managing Partner & CEO Gregory Bedrosian represented the firm at both events.

The Munich team headed by Ralf Philipp Hofmann delivered a second award-winning transaction this year, with the sale of Elgato Gaming to CORSAIR.
