NEW YORK | November 15, 2017 – Award-winning investment banking firm Drake Star Partners is pleased to announce its latest honor and the first in the IT Services sector. The award was presented at a gala ceremony during the 16th Annual M&A Advisor Awards held at The Metropolitan Club in New York.
Drake Star Partners was awarded “Information Technology Deal of the Year (from $50MM-$100MM).”
The firm won for its role as exclusive investment banking advisor to Coretelligent and its investment by VSS. Coretelligent is a leading provider of private cloud and IT-managed services supporting small and mid-sized businesses. VSS is a leading private investment firm that invests in the information, education, healthcare IT and tech-enabled business services sectors in North America and Europe. Based in the firm’s New York office, Jeff Baker served as the lead Partner on the Coretelligent deal.
