NEW YORK | November 30, 2020 – Drake Star Partners has been awarded both the M&A Atlas “Cross-Border Investment Bank of The Year” and the “Americas Deal of The Year” for advising sgsco, a portfolio company of ONEX Corporation, on its sale of Kwikee to Syndigo, a portfolio company of The Jordan Company. Gregory Bedrosian (CEO, Drake Star Partners) and Juan Mejia (Partner, Drake Star Partners) accepted the awards on behalf of Drake Star and the entire sgsco deal team.
These awards are the latest in recent international industry recognition highlighting Drake Star Partners as a leader in technology deal-making.
The M&A Atlas Awards are independently governed awards that honour excellence in executing growth-generating deals, top dealmakers, influential leaders, and outstanding firms from the small, middle to large cap segments in the categories of private equity firms, lenders, investment banks, legal and services providers.
