NEW YORK | November 23rd, 2021 – Drake Star has won “Telecommunication Services Deal of the Year” for the Private Placement of HMD at the prestigious 20th Annual M&A Advisor Awards Gala.
This adds to Drake Star’s trophy case of 12 previous M&A Advisor Awards and a total of 36 major recognitions since 2013 – including 10 “Firm of The Year” awards.
The Awards took place in conjunction with the 12th Annual Emerging Leaders Awards Gala at the prominent New York Athletic Club in midtown Manhattan. The ultimate recipients of the awards were determined by an independent judging committee of top M&A industry experts.
