LONDON | March 28th, 2017 - Technology, media and communications global investment bank Drake Star Partners announced that senior investment banker Jack Dessay has joined the firm’s London office as Partner. Mr Dessay has over 18 years of corporate finance and investment experience, with a distinct focus on communications infrastructure and technology. He also brings particular expertise in emerging markets.
Mr Dessay has participated in many complex and innovative strategic and financing transactions in TMT over the years. He has successfully advised on transactions with an aggregate value of over $50bn including public buy-side and sell side advisory, recapitalizations and public and private capital raisings. Prior to joining Drake Star Partners, Mr Dessay was Head of TMT EMEA at Macquarie Capital based in London where he focused on corporate finance and investment transactions in TMT.
