LD&A Jupiter advises Targeted Real Time Advertising (RTB) specialist Gamned! on its sale to LeadMedia Group (now Makazi)

PARIS | October 21st, 2013 - Gamned!, a European pioneer of real-time targeted advertising (RTB) on AdExchanges, was acquired by LeadMedia Group, the data marketing and online specialist.

Founded in 2008, LeadMedia Group is a major player in online marketing, specialised in data marketing, e-CRM and online data management programmes. With a portfolio of innovative proprietary technologies and a team of 150 specialists, LeadMedia Group has developed real expertise in its chosen markets. LeadMedia Group operates in Europe, Brazil, Canada and Australia mainly for its European HQ and recorded pro forma consolidated revenue of EUR 25.6 million in 2012 (USD 33 million), an increase of 34% compared to 2011. LeadMedia Group is listed on NYSE Alternext Paris.

Founded in 2009 by Olivier Goulon and Edgar Baudin, and winner of two E-commerce Awards in 2012, Gamned! has developed a suite of proprietary technology tools as well as unique expertise, enabling the dynamic creation, broadcast and optimisation of personalised real time advertising campaigns on AdExchanges. Prestigious clients such as Nissan, Orange Telecom, Ubisoft, SAP and Galleries Lafayette have all put their faith in Gamned!. Gamned!'s "intelligent data advertising" solution lets its advertising clients use its technology platform and services, allowing real time targeting of their display, video or mobile media buying.

Since September 19, 2013, the combined entity has been rebranded Makazi.
