This new corporate finance office enables Dutch growth companies within the digital sectors (internet, software, telecom, tech) to expand within the Netherlands and abroad.

Amsterdam based LD&A Jupiter Netherlands offers Dutch entrepreneurs, corporates, Venture Capitalists and Private Equity investors the complete spectrum of corporate finance services, including growth capital, mergers, acquisitions, management buy-outs (MBOs) and management buy-ins (MBIs).
