NEW YORK | LOS ANGELES | GENEVA | August 4th, 2015 - Telscape Communications (Telscape), a wholly owned subsidiary of TSC Acquisition Corp. (TSC), recently announced that it has sold certain assets of Telscape to Blue Casa – provider of wire telephone, voice and data communications services. The transaction involves customers currently receiving wireline service from Telscape. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
