NEW YORK | LOS ANGELES | GENEVA | January 13, 2016 -- Redwood Capital Group – a leading investment banking firm serving the technology, communications, media, business services and other growth industries -- announced today that it has expanded its senior leadership team with the addition of Jeff Baker as a Partner, who will be based in the firm's New York office and will focus on the IT and tech-enabled services segment.
Mr. Baker brings to Redwood over 10 years of investment banking experience specializing in mergers and acquisitions advisory and debt and equity financings in the IT and technology enabled services segment with expertise in cloud and infrastructure services, eCommerce and marketing services, information and data analytics services, outsourced product development, technology consulting, business process outsourcing and systems integration services.
Throughout his career, Jeff has been instrumental in the successful completion of numerous transactions, including such recent transactions as the sale of Crossview Inc. to PFSWeb (NASDAQ:PFSW), the sale of Zeon Solutions to Perficient (NASDAQ:PRFT), the acquisition of I-Cubed by KPIT among others.

Prior to joining Redwood Capital, Jeff was part of the US practice for Avendus Capital where he focused on advising clients in the IT services industry. He holds an undergraduate degree from Tufts University and an MBA from New York University.
