The awards were presented at an Awards Gala at the 2015 M&A Advisor Cross Border M&A Symposium held on Tuesday, April 28th, 2015 at the New York Athletic Club in New York. Redwood was awarded “Technology, Media and Telecom Deal of the Year (over $100 million - $1 billion)” for its role as exclusive investment banking advisor to SAC Wireless in its sale to Nokia Solutions and Networks.
