Redwood was awarded “Technology & Telecom Deal of the Year- Small Markets (deal size up to $300 million)” for its role as investment banking advisor on the acquisition of Globe Wireless by Inmarsat PLC, as well as “Cross Border Deal of the Year- Small Mid Markets” for its role as investment banking advisor on the acquisition of SAC Wireless by Nokia Networks.
