Redwood's CEO Gregory Bedrosian Discusses Entrepreneurship at Kent School and at M&A Advisor Emerging Leaders Sympoisum

NEW YORK | LOS ANGELES | GENEVA |  July 9, 2015 - Redwood Capital Group, an investment banking firm serving the technology, communications, media, business services and other growth industries, announced that the firm's CEO & Managing Partner, Gregory Bedrosian, recently participated in two discussions focusing on entrepreneurship for emerging leaders.

On June 8th, 2015 Mr. Bedrosian delivered the keynote address at Kent School’s pre-engineering and entrepreneurship program in Kent, Connecticut. This Kent program is designed to introduce talented high school students to engineering education and entrepreneurship and is offered in partnership with professionals from several institutions including University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton Business School, Harvard University and other leading universities.

More recently, Mr. Bedrosian participated as a faculty mentor at the M&A Advisor Emerging Leaders’ Summit at the Steelcase Penthouse in New York. The Summit brings together the winners of the 40 Under 40 Emerging Leaders Awards, 40 Under 40 award winner alumnae from 2010-2014, members of the M&A Advisor Faculty and leadership experts. This year’s symposium included topics such as “Shifting the Finance Industry Paradigm: Building Business While Increasing Trust” and “The Effect of Innovation on How, Where and When We Work.” Mr. Bedrosian participated as a roundtable group facilitator in discussions on “Africa: Lessons For and From the New Frontier” and “The New Age of Policy Making and Policy Makers.”

Mr. Bedrosian commented, “Participation in events like these are part of Redwood’s broader mission and corporate culture.” He continued, “When we have an opportunity to connect with and help mentor emerging leaders and future entrepreneurs, we enjoy being involved.”
