On June 26th, 2015 Mr. Bedrosian participated in the International Bar Association’s conference entitled “Investing in Africa” held in New York City. He joined a panel of prominent leaders from the business, government, non-profit and legal communities to discuss the opportunities and challenges of deal-making in Africa and other emerging markets. The panelists debated issues related to private equity and strategic investments in Africa across the information technology, media and entertainment, consumer and other sectors. The panel was chaired by Mr. Ikenna Emehelu, Partner at Chadbourne & Parke LLP and, in addition to Mr. Bedrosian, the panel included senior representatives from The Carlyle Group, The Corporate Council on Africa, the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and others.
