Drake Star Acts as Exclusive Financial Advisor to Coin Dozer Developer Game Circus on the Sale to Monumental

LOS ANGELES | February 15^th, 2024 – Monumental, an independent game developer and publisher with a portfolio of over 40 mobile game titles and the owner of Kongregate, has acquired Game Circus, a US-based mobile game developer and publisher behind the top-ranking, evergreen social casino franchise Coin Dozer.

Drake Star acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Game Circus on this transaction.

Established in 2010, Game Circus is a leading F2P mobile game developer and publisher of fun and highly monetizing games in the casual and social casino category. The Company’s titles have been downloaded over 400 million times and include highly popular, top-ranking games such as Coin Dozer, Taps to Riches, Merge Zoo and Prize Claw.
