Drake Star Partners Advises Gambit Financial Solutions On The Sale Of A Majority Stake To Bnp Paribas Asset Management (Epa:Bnp)

In a context of tightened regulatory oversight, Gambit tools help financial institutions to better fulfill their legal obligations while providing an innovative and digital answer for demanding investors looking at their financial savings.

Gambit’s algorithms and interfaces for client profiling, portfolio optimization, and risk management are embedded inside the advisory platforms of an increasing number of private and retail banks, asset managers, and insurance companies in Belgium, Luxembourg, France, and Switzerland.

Through this investment and the acquisition of a majority stake, BNP Paribas Asset Management is adding an advanced digital offering for investment advisory, while preserving Gambit’s independence which has been central to the firm’s success. This investment will support the accelerated development of Belgian Fintech’s investment solutions, on a global scale, for financial institutions of all sizes. Furthermore, Gambit will become the preferred digital solution of BNP Paribas Group’s Retail and Wealth Management networks.
