PARIS | December 3rd, 2009 - Lorentz, Deschamps & Associés (LD&A) acted as advisor to Hub telecom, a subsidiary of Aéroports de Paris, on the acquisition of Masternaut Three X-the exclusive distributor of Masternaut solutions in the UK and Ireland- by Masternaut International.
Acquired in April 2009 by Hub telecom Group, Masternaut strengthens with this operation its European leadership for geolocalisation and telematics services with an installed base of over 110 000 vehicles and 7000 customers.
Masternaut Three X, the vehicle tracking and mobile application specialist, was founded in 2002 and is based in Leeds (UK). The company employs 150 people across 4 sites in the UK and Ireland and is widely recognized as the vehicle tracking and mobile application specialist and one of the UK’s fastest-growing technology businesses.
LD&A has been advising Hub telecom since 2005 on its external growth strategy. Previously, LD&A helped the specialized operator throughout both acquisitions of BGI Technologie in 2007 and Masternaut in April 2009.
