Redwood Capital Advises IdMlogic on its Sale to CA Technologies

NEW YORK | LOS ANGELES | GENEVA | June 9th, 2015 – CA Technologies (NASDAQ:CA) recently announced it has acquired privately held IdMlogic, a developer of intelligent identity management applications. A CA partner since 2011, IdMlogic provides the unifying, business-oriented front-end application for CA Identity Suite, making identity governance and application access simple and intuitive for the business user. All IdMlogic employees have joined CA. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
