LD&A Jupiter advises Iris Capital on the sale of its Oodrive shares to R Capital Management

Oodrive reshuffles its shareholding structure and starts a new development phase. European growth equity fund R Capital Management replaces Iris Capital.

Oodrive is the European leader in Cloud file management. A pure Saas player, Oodrive has generated EUR 25m of revenues last year with a 25% annual growth rate on average over the past 5 years. Oodrive has offices in 9 countries, serving over 14,500 customers and 1m users. On a market expected to consolidate in the coming years, Oodrive will benefit from its new shareholders support to accelerate its growth and consolidate its positions.
