LD&A Jupiter advises RE-MIND. (Paris) on its sale to Omnicom Media Group (NYSE: OMC).
Founded in 2007, RE-MIND. is the largest independent digital media agency in France, with a best-in-class reputation. Its clients include AXA France, Look Voyages, Sony PlayStation, Weight Watchers, Winamax, and Made.com.
RE-MIND. will become part of Omnicom Media Group France and be combined with PHD France. The new agency will be rebranded as RE-MIND PHD, and becomes part of the global PHD network, one of Omnicom Media Group’s global networks. PHD France’s clients include beIN Sports, Geoxia, HP, Lindt, and Solocal.
