LD&A Jupiter advised Clic and Walk (Lille, France), a crowdmarketing platform, on its EUR 3.5 M fundraising with CITA Investissement, Bpifrance and Breega Capital.
Launched in 2012, Clic and Walk is the European leader in crowdmarketing. Its platform allows brands (manufacturers/retailers) to obtain real time data about their products at any point of sale or directly from the consumers. The community is already 250 000 strong across France, Germany and the UK.
“This funding round will allow Clic and Walk to accelerate its European development and invest in R&D to develop more powerful algorithms for faster aggregation of data” explains Frédérique Grigolato, CEO of Clic and Walk.
Up to now the company had grown thanks to a seed investment by Breega Capital. “This EUR 3.5 M investment raised with CITA Investissement, Bpifrance and Breega Capital, is a landmark Series A round for the crowdmarketing sector in 2015 in Europe. It will enable Clic and Walk to better meet its clients’ requirement for pan-European coverage.” declared Frédéric Lagacherie, Senior Advisor for LD&A Jupiter.
