Sipartech is a broadband fiber optic network operator present in Paris and its suburbs. Founded by Julien Santina in 2008, the company manages a network of more than 500km of cables, representing more than 450 000 km of optical fibers allowing corporates and telecom operators to interconnect with datacenters through specialized point to point broadband data-communication links. Sipartech has experienced an annual growth exceeding 100% in 2012.
Ciclad is one of the leading private equity and venture capital investment firm in France with almost 300M? under management, coming from institutional investors and focusing on SMEs in various sectors, with strong growth potential, and revenues between 10M? and 200M?. Ciclad has already invested in more than 130 companies, and has among others an expertise in technological companies.

The company had previously raised in 2010 a 1.5 M? funding with the investment fund NJJ Capital owned by Xavier Niel, and has received debt financing since 2009. "This 10 M? investment will enable Sipartech to boost its go to market while at the same time extend further its network infrastructure." mentions Daniel Michel, Principal at LD&A Jupiter.
