PARIS | January 12th, 2010 - Lorentz, Deschamps & Associés (LD&A), acted as advisor to Smile on a fund raising of €3.5m subscribed by Edmond de Rothschild Investment Partners.
Founded in 1996, Smile is the French leader of Open Source integration. With more than 300 employees, the company has generated a turnover above € 20M in 2009 and enjoyed a rapid development with an average growth rate of 30% since 2005. Smile has already started its international development with subsidiaries in Spain, Switzerland, Morocco and Ukraine, and intends with this fundraising to strengthen its European leadership.
